Because she is so new, Ophelia does not really have any abilities except the power and means to get whatever she wants. It helps to have a largely known crime boss as your ‘father’.

Ophelia grew up in the Weston household with mortal parents. She was spoiled and doted on like the only child she was. This, in return, caused her to grow up into a spoiled brat. She felt entitled to anything she wanted, and normally she would have it. Her father was an opportunist, seizing any idea for himself and making it grow. The steam-powered engines were not his idea, but he took them for his own and his company blossomed from this. They lived north of Argento in a city that was bustling with these steam powered machines.

Ophelia grew, and as she did, her personality became more bitter and greedy. Her tantrums were a force to be reckoned with. Her parents constantly sent the young girl on outings so that they would not have to deal with her. She didn't mind being away from her parents at all, enjoying her time to do as she pleased.

On one of these outings her parents had sent Fee to their privately owned steam boat for a trip down the river. She was waiting on the port, yelling at the man carrying her bags, when a looming man stepped behind her. As Ophelia turned, she could almost see that this man was from money as well. At first thought, she wondered if her parents had decided to marry her off for profit, at second thought she wrinkled her nose to the crime boss, thinking aloud at how old he looked. His followers, a few men standing at his back, choked by horrified gasps at her direct words to him. However, he surprised them by letting out a sharp barking laughter. He was impressed by her abrasiveness and the two formed a weird sort of bond. To outsiders the two looked to be involved, but to them it was more of a mentoring bond.

As the two grew closer, Fee soon realized that the man was not all that he appeared. There was something almost ancient about him. Her parents seemed to adore him, or rather his money. That was until her father learned the truth as to how he acquired his wealth. Ophelia’s father then attempted to pack his family and fortune up and move away. Her parents disappeared a few nights later, no traces of them left. A broken hearted Fee turned to her new friend, begging that he take her with him to his home. He agreed, under the condition that he be allowed to turn her into his progeny and have her one day learn to take over his business. Ophelia moved back to Argento with her ‘father’. She was more bitter than before, only knowing that her parents abandoned her. She adored Nathaniel, thankful to have been taken under his wing and given such a gracious gift. Like her parents had, he dotes on his progeny, giving in to her every whim but also keeping a strict control to who she was allowed to socialize with and what she was to know about his business. If anything were to happen to Nathaniel, Ophelia would become the sole heiress to his fortune and business.

Ophelia eventually found out the truth of her father's dealings and soon sought out the help of Miss Janie Goodnight. Janie is a succubus whom she wouldn't call a friend, exactly, and more of a business associate. She was also a girl that had caught the attention of Nathaniel Shaw and held that attention for quite some time. Ophelia and Janie struck a bargain, the two of them scheming away for a few weeks so everything would be perfectly done.
